Senior Life Solutions

Baptist Attala's Senior Life Solutions Intensive Outpatient Program is a short-term, day program that provides support and treatment for adults age 55 and older who are facing emotional or mental difficulties. For some participants, this helps to maximize their own coping efforts by remaining close to their family and friends and staying in their familiar surroundings. For others, this type of program provides support while they work through family and/or emotional issues. Participants attend therapy groups during the day and return to their own residence each afternoon.

This program is designed for the older adult who requires more than regular outpatient counseling, but does not require inpatient treatment. Your loved one may benefit from the Senior Life Solutions program if he or she is experiencing any of the following:

• Isolation from family/friends
• Depression/sadness
• Feelings of worthlessness
• Suicidal thoughts/behaviors
• Crying spells
• Sleeping too much/too little
• Paranoia
• Hallucinations/delusions
• Anxiousness/worry
• Memory loss

The clinic provides women's health services, occupational health services, preventive care, and wellness services for patients of all ages beginning at birth. For more information, call .
